Granola

Ingredients:

·      2 cups GF rolled oats

·      6 tsp coconut sugar

·      1/4 cup coconut oil (measure not melted)

·      1 cup pecans (barely chopped)

·      1/3 cup sunflower seeds

·      1/3 cup chia seeds

·      ½ cup pepitas / pumpkin seeds

·      4 tbsp honey (local)

·      2 tbsp cinnamon

·      ½ cup goji berries

·      1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

·      2 tsp pure vanilla extract

·      4 tsp cocoa powder

·      1 tsp  sea salt

Chicken Lettuce Wraps
