PIZZA.
I love gluten free crust, they are in my fridge at all times. I rotate through 3 of my favorites. Each are made with a variety of gluten free ingredients and take little time to make. You can find them in the freezer section at Whole Foods or any natural food store.
For this crust you take it out of the freezer and put it in the oven at 500 degrees for about 5 minutes. Take it out and top it. Put it back in until the cheese is melted about 5-7 minutes.
Udi's Gluten-Free pre-made pizza dough is made with brown rice and is light and fluffy, similar to mochi, a bit chewy. 150 calories per serving without toppings.
Organic cornmeal crusts: These are crunchy and thick and come in the fresh and frozen areas of the store. These are a little higher in calories (160 per serving), because of the thickness of them. They are made with fresh local ingredients, bake at 425 for 8-12 minutes.
These are one of my go to meals. I just throw them in the toaster and then put whatever veggies and protein I have in my fridge on top. Pair that with a salad and you have an amazing meal.
