Spicy Pork + Kale Soup
Thanks to our good friends at Lost Burn Farm, I had a ton of organic locally grown kale picked yesterday. Our first rainy Friday night of winter worked out to be a perfect. We had some vino, good friends and the fire going. I was waiting for a night like this to finally experiment with this recipe given to me by my bestie and favorite foodie friend Megan Nutt.
