MANGO SMOOTHIE
Makes 4
· 2 bananas (frozen is better)
· 1 peeled mango
· 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
· 1 tbsp hemp or chia seeds
· 1 tsp coconut flakes
· ¼ tsp cinnamon
· ice
· small piece of fresh ginger (optional)
· scoop organic whey or good quality protein powder (post workout you need the protein!)
Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Add more ice or liquid of choice for desired consistency. Transfer to a glass and enjoy!
*Note if you are adding protein powder add at the end or just mix in. you do not want to denature the proteins.
